Flow of the production steps

Green Jadeite ring with gold granulation

Oval-cabochon Jadeite ring with gold granulation

Ring weight: 25.3g (Green Jadeite 9.05 carat)

Ring height : 28 mm
long side ring length : 22 mm
short side ring length: 20 mm

Gold ring is welded with 1.2mm diameter gold granules around the bezel.

Step 1 : Produce fine gold granules.

Granules: gold 99.99

Step 2 : Sort gold granules by size.

Select gold granules with a diameter of 1.2 mm from produced granules.

Step 3 : Polish Jadeite to yield an oval cabochon.

Step3:Cut and polish Jadeite to achieve a green ova-cabochon with the weight 1.81g, 9.05 carat.

The final diamond paste used is #100000.

Step 4 : Produce a gold bezel.

Step 5 : Cut out an oval gold plate
on which Jadeite stone is placed.

Step 6 : Produce a gold bar on which
Jadeite stone is to be placed.

Step6:The gold bar is cut out so that the cross section is elliptical.

Step 7 : Bend the gold bar and
shape it into a ring.

The joint of the gold bar to be made into a ring
is cut so that it fits perfectly.

Step 8 : Weld gold parts together
to form a ring.

Step8:Scrape off the adhesive surface on the ring so that the ring adheres to the bezel without any gaps.

Step 9 : Modify the shape of the bezel
and add texture on it.

Step9:After welding each part,texture the face of the bezel of the ring.

Step10 : Weld gold granules around the bezel.

Step11 : Set and fix the jadeite on the bezel.

The ring is now complete!
